When you place an order we ask for your full name, phone number, city and delivery address. We also record what you ordered: the phone, colour, memory option, quantity and price.

We do not ask for card or bank details, because you pay in cash when your order arrives.

We record every order on video while it is packed, so there is a clear record of what was sent to you.

Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers log basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This helps us keep the site secure and working.

• To deliver your phone and deal with any question or problem afterwards.
• To handle warranty claims and complaints.
• To keep business records and to keep the website secure.

We share your name, phone number and delivery address with the courier or delivery partner who delivers your order. The website itself runs on service providers that host it and store its data (Vercel for hosting and Supabase for the database). We may also share information with the authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order details and packing videos for as long as we need them to deliver your order, deal with warranty claims or complaints and meet record-keeping requirements. After that we delete them.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or tell us you do not want to be contacted, through our Contact page. We may need to keep some details where there is a legal or business reason, for example an open warranty claim.

You do not need an account to shop. At the moment the public shop does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our staff control panel uses cookies to keep staff signed in. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
