Terms and Conditions

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (Rs.). Specifications, colours and images come from the manufacturers and the phone you receive may differ slightly from the pictures.

We work to keep prices and availability correct, but mistakes can happen. If we find one in your order, we will tell you when we call to confirm it and you can choose whether to go ahead.

Placing an order on the website is a request to buy. We call you to confirm before dispatch, and your order is accepted once we have confirmed it with you.

We may decline or cancel an order if the phone is out of stock, the details you gave are incomplete or wrong, we cannot reach you, or the price shown was a mistake.

Payment is cash on delivery. You pay in cash when your parcel arrives. We do not take card or bank payments on the website.

Every order is recorded on video while it is packed and delivered open-parcel, so you can open the parcel and check the phone before you accept it. If what you receive is not what you ordered, do not accept the delivery and contact us.

We will tell you the expected delivery time when we confirm your order.

Where a warranty applies, it is shown on the page for that phone. If you have a problem after delivery, get in touch through our Contact page.

Please do not misuse the website, try to break its security, or place orders with false details.

The MobiKart.pk name, logo and website design belong to us. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses that result from using the website, and our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
