Your order is delivered open-parcel, so you can check the phone before you accept it. If what you receive is not what you ordered, do not accept the delivery and contact us.
Refunds
To get a refund, you need to fill out a Refund Form. This form is only shared by our Refund Team after they carefully look into your issue.
